Every project begins with communication and alignment. 

From your first RFQ to the final install, we work as an extension of your team to protect design intent, manage cost, and deliver on schedule.

STEP 1

Bidding & Estimation

We provide clear, transparent pricing with no minimum order quantities. For shipping efficiency, we typically recommend ordering at least one full container. Our estimating team also supports early budgeting and value-engineering options to help align scope, cost, and schedule from the outset.

STEP 2

Kickoff & Engineering

After a purchase order is issued, your dedicated project manager is assigned and a kickoff meeting is scheduled to review scope, milestones, approvals, and logistics. Our engineering team begins shop drawings within 7–10 business days of deposit payment received, detailing construction methods, materials, and hardware for build accuracy.

STEP 3

Finish Samples

We develop custom finish samples based on your material direction, including wood stains, laminates, metals, stone, and upholstery. Samples are reviewed and approved to ensure accuracy and consistency before production begins.

 

Digital approvals: 10–15 business days

Physical samples: 15–20 business days

STEP 4

Model Room & Prototype

Before full production begins, we produce a model room or prototypes for review and approval. This allows all stakeholders to evaluate design accuracy, proportions, construction details, and finish quality in real conditions. By resolving details at this stage, we ensure full alignment and significantly reduce revisions, delays, and costs during installation.

STEP 5

Full Production

Once shop drawings are revised based on model room feedback and fully approved, we release the project for full production. Production timelines typically range from 6–8 weeks, depending on scope and complexity. Throughout this phase, our team closely monitors progress to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to approved specifications.

STEP 6

Quality Control

Our on-site QC managers oversee every phase of manufacturing—from raw material selection and cutting, to machining, assembly, finishing, and final packaging. Each stage is inspected against hospitality-grade standards and the approved shop drawings.

We provide detailed weekly reports with photos, measurements, and progress updates, ensuring full transparency and alignment before items are packed and prepared for shipment.

STEP 7

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We coordinate ocean and air freight based on project timelines, with ocean transit typically taking 2–3 weeks and air freight approximately 10 days. Whenever possible, pieces are shipped fully assembled to minimize on-site installation time and reduce risk during delivery.
